Terms & Conditions
- The minimum purchase is 5 gold grammes for one 10x10 pixel block. Please do not order in excess of the maximum
remaining available blocks.
- Purchasing blocks of pixels does not entitle you to ownership of any part of 50ktravel.com. You will however be granted the
right to submit an image, link and appropriate title text for each square or group of ad squares that we will then publish for you in the space for which you have paid. In addition
1 corresponding URL
will be added to the 'I'm feeling Synced' feature for each of your 10x10 pixel squares.
- No changes to images, links or title text are permitted after submission for any reason other than change of website theme, withdrawal of website or a legal dispute.
- There will be no refunds accept in the event that we consider your website to be inappropriate in which case you will loose your pixels.
- Your ad will be displayed for atleast 5 years beyond the date on which the million ad pixels are sold out.
- No obscene/ offensive/ negative/ pornographic images will be accepted. Websites that promote negative
or inappropriate material
including gambling, pornographic, criminal, fraudulent or monopolistic sites will not be accepted.
50ktravel will be the sole and final judge as to the
suitability of any website. If an image or website is deemed inappropriate you will be given an opportunity to
submit an alternative but no refunds will be made.
- If your link is accepted and you later change the content of the your web site to show offensive/ obscene/ pornographic/ criminal/ fraudulent or monopolistic material then your link will be removed
and the space resold without refund.
- If for whatever reason in the future you want your image and link removed from the homepage let us know,
however no refunds will be made and your space will be made publically available again.
- Websites that become inactive for what ever reason for a period greater than 30 days will forfeit the
allocated space and alternative advertisers will be sort.
- Images must be the exact size you have paid for (eg. 100 pixels = 10x10 pixels)
- Images must be in GIF, PNG or JPEG format, and of a reasonable file size.
- Images must NOT be animated.
- We will endeavour to place your advertisement in your desired spot. However, in the event that someone else submits an order for those pixels before you we will select the next best space for you.
We will hold your space for a period of 7 working days pending receipt of your payment but if we receive payment after this period your advertisment may be published in an alternative space.
- Links must be to web pages only and begin with http:// or https://
- Do not submit images for which you do not hold the copyight. If a dispute arises you could loose your pixels.
- 50ktravel.com is hosted on powerful and highly reliable servers so downtime is extremely unlikely.
While we will make every effort to ensure that this website remains available should the internet or the 50ktravel.com
website become unavailable due to reasons outside of our control no responsiblity can
be accepted for downtime of the site and no refunds will be made in any case.
- We will include your site on our searchable sites page using the keywords and phrases, description and title text you submit and your position on the page will correspond with the number of advertising squares you order (more squares will give you a higher position).
- Advertising is subject to the agreement made in these terms and conditions, subject to change from time to time. Nothing that is not included in these terms and conditions shall form part of the agreement. Any disputes that might arise shall be judged under a legislator of our choosing and compensation shall not exceed 1% of the price you have paid to advertise. 50ktravel.com shall not be liable for any costs arising from any dispute yet sees no reason why any dispute should arise.
- You may reserve a space and once payment has been received for that space we will mark is as reserved and you will have one year to inform us of the website url, title, description, image and keywords/ phrases that should be displayed for your pixels. If these details are not provided within one year whether we send you a reminder or not you could loose your pixels.
- Your web site will be considered for review in our newsletter but this does not guarantee that it will be included.
- We will aim to have your pixel advertisement online within 24 hours of receipt of your payment but no later than one week thereafter.
